Our return & refund policy is fair and simple. If you wish to cancel your order and get your money back, you can do so within 15 days from purchasing the product for as long as you have not used it.

Using the product refers to performing a training session (computerized evaluation) beyond the first tutorial session.

If you've completed the tutorial session and decided it is not for you, you can stop at this point and ask for a full refund.
